Shared Parental Leave

From 5th April 2015 qualifying parents will be able to share statutory maternity/adoption leave and pay between them. This policy sets out the eligibility and criteria for shared parental leave and pay, and the procedure that employees and employers should follow to ensure the scheme is properly administered.
