Annual Leave Policy

All employees and workers are entitled to a minimum amount of holiday each year. Managing this efficiently without breaching their rights can be tricky. This policy sets out, in clear terms, an employee/worker’s rights to annual leave, the process for taking leave and restrictions on doing so. The policy can be sued off the peg, but you can and may want to edit it to suit the needs of your business. The policy concludes with a simple holiday request form for employees to use, so you can keep a record of all holiday requested and approved.
