Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Virtual Training

This virtual training course will be held 5 December 2024 at 10 AM. It will be held online, and a joining link to attend the session will be emailed to you. The session will take 3 – 4 hours.

Good equality, diversity, and inclusion in a business can lead to better business performance, increased employee engagement, and better recruitment and retention. And it’s not only important because of the benefits it brings either – it also forms part of your legal obligations as an employer.

You can be held responsible for the discriminatory acts of your employees, unless you can show that you’ve taken reasonable steps to prevent them from happening – like providing appropriate, up –to-date, and effective training to employees on what is acceptable behaviour, as well as training managers how to tackle incidents when they spring up.

This kind of equality, diversity and inclusion training is even more important now that employers have a duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. If you don’t, action could be taken against you – even if there hasn’t been an incident.

So, where do you start?

Our equality, diversity and inclusion virtual training is designed to deliver effective and best-practice training to help you build an equal, diverse and inclusive company, and protect your business and employees.

Our course covers:
