Young persons in the workplace E-Learning Course

The course looks at understanding who a young adult is and why they may be more likely to be vulnerable, as well as touching on issues of consent and the capacity to make decisions.

It will explore how best to develop the next generation to meet business and learner needs and identifies what works and why; which skills do young people enter the workplace with and what’s the most effective way of building their capability.
